Operations Support Specialist

Starting compensation (DOE): $24-$26 per hour Shamrock anticipates closing the application window for this job opportunity on or before December 31, 2026 This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Operations Department. Monitoring, tracking and updating attendance and performance records Generating Constructive Performance Discussion Records Processing/Researching departmental expenses (including Company financials, operational expenses, and company-confidential data) Track inventory and ordering of all office supplies and uniforms. Coordinating and arranging meetings, preparing agendas, reserving and preparing facilities Regular and reliable attendance Performing other duties as assigned to meet business needs Qualifications: (If it is listed it is a required, unless otherwise noted as Preferred) HS diploma or GED preferred and four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
