This role requires bilingual proficiency in English and Korean, as many clients in the Phoenix, AZ area are Korean-speaking. Requirements * Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean (required) * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent project management experience * 3 - 5 years of progressive management experience within the building services or facility services industry * Experience supporting industrial or manufacturing environments preferred * Strong communication and customer service skills * Highly organized with strong attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to execute against operational and project plans * Demonstrated budget management capabilities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) The ideal candidate is an industry professional with strong client relationship management experience and a positive, solution-oriented mindset. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of progressive leadership experience, including business development and operational management within a multi-site service environment. Essential Functions * Provide operational solutions and support to clients and internal supervisors. * Assist in managing the financial performance of assigned accounts while building and maintaining strong customer relationships. * Manage account financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability. * Direct and oversee employee performance, including coaching, discipline, conflict resolution, and employee development. * Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and service quality. * Manage daily activities of supervisors and frontline personnel in a complex operational environment. * Implement operational processes and procedures to drive service improvements. * Ensure services are delivered according to contract requirements and targeted profit margins. * Identify and troubleshoot operational challenges and customer concerns. * Manage quality control programs and safety initiatives across assigned facilities. * Identify opportunities for additional services or projects that may increase revenue. * Ensure compliance with company policies and all federal, state, and local regulations. * Ensure timely and accurate submission of required documentation, including terminations, labor variance action plans, and operational reports. * Analyze and proactively manage both financial and operational performance across assigned locations. * Ensure payroll accuracy and timely submission, resolving discrepancies when necessary. * Provide leadership and guidance to Supervisors and Lead personnel assigned to the facilities.
