Litigation - Associate

Job Description Sidley’s San Francisco office is seeking associates with 3+ years of experience to join the Litigation Group, which offers associates the opportunity to work in a variety of practice areas. Candidates must have exceptional academic credentials, strong research and writing skills, and be admitted to the California bar. The San Francisco Litigation Group is a collegial group that litigates securities and shareholder derivative claims, consumer class actions, and other complex commercial disputes. The group includes a white collar practice that conducts internal investigations and defends companies and individuals in federal and state investigations and related proceedings. Candidates should have experience drafting motions, handling discovery, and analyzing complex factual and legal issues. Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate.
