Accounting Specialist

Full-time Accounting Specialist position is open in our Accounting Department. Seeking motivated individual for high volume, fast-paced law firm. The Accounting Specialist team member will be primarily responsible for Accounts Payable duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process case-related vendor invoices & reconcile with statements
• Assist with daily check requests
• E-billing (1-2 Clients) & appeals
• Other special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• 2-5+ years of Accounts Payable experience, (law firm preferred)
• 2+ years using accounting software, (knowledge of Juris & Filevine or similar law firm software is a plus)
• Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality required
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently
• Strong work ethic, integrity and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• High School Diploma required

Compensation & Benefits :

• $26.44-34.85/hour, commensurate with experience.
