About the OpportunityWe are expanding our presence in the United States and are in search of a seasoned Sales Manager to join our global team.Position OverviewAs the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing our customer base in the U.S., cultivating new business, and enhancing long-term client partnerships. This role will collaborate closely with various teams within our worldwide organization to deliver packaging, trims, RFID, and sustainable product solutions to clients in the apparel, home textile, and retail sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesHunt for new business opportunities across the U.S. marketCultivate and nurture relationships with customers and industry collaboratorsUnderstand customer needs and recommend products and solutions that align with those needsCoordinate pricing, quotations, samples, production, and deliveries with international teamsManage customer projects and ensure high-quality, professional service throughout the processAttend customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events as requiredQualifications & ExperienceBackground in packaging, apparel trims, textiles, fashion, retail, or related fieldsProven track record in account management, sales, and business developmentFamiliarity with the U.S. apparel, home textile, retail, or packaging sectorsPre-existing relationships and networks within the industry are advantageousStrong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skillsSelf-motivated, independent workerWillingness to travel within the U.S.Authorized to work in the United StatesJoin Our TeamJoin our global packaging organization and contribute to its growth while building relationships and creating business opportunities in the U.S. market.
