What You'll Do

As a Remote Leadership Development Representative , you'll work directly with clients while building the communication, leadership, and relationship-management skills needed for long-term career success.

Client Service Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and scheduled phone appointments
• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
• Explain products and services clearly and professionally
• Assist clients with applications, enrollments, and policy updates
• Build strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
• Deliver a positive client experience throughout every interaction

Leadership Development

• Participate in structured leadership training and mentorship
• Learn directly from experienced leaders and managers
• Develop communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• Collaborate within a supportive, performance-driven remote team
• Utilize modern virtual technology to improve productivity and client service
