Work Environment\n

As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while ensuring you are available to meet the needs of your clients. Our clinic operates with an emphasis on collaboration, and while you will primarily work independently, you'll also connect with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers, to provide coordinated care. This role will also require some flexibility in evening and weekend hours to accommodate clients' schedules effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to client needs.

• Utilize therapeutic frameworks, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches to deliver meaningful interventions.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with clear, measurable goals to facilitate clients' therapeutic progress.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure that each client receives holistic, well-rounded support.

• Perform crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans when necessary.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory, ethical, and legal standards.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and peer support groups to enhance community engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults, facing a variety of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
