Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing symptoms related to major mental health conditions, ensuring effective assessment and intervention.

• Utilize your knowledge to conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments, customizing care plans that are developmentally appropriate and tailored to individual client needs.

• Deliver a range of services including brief prevention, treatment, and recovery initiatives, addressing the specific requests and presenting problems of clients.

• Monitor and document client progress, including participation in therapy sessions, crisis intervention efforts, and the evaluation of treatment efficacy.

• Maintain compliance with professional ethical standards and organizational guidelines, ensuring the safety and well-being of all clients.

• Participate in agency committees focused on improving service delivery and achieving quality enhancements.

• Assume on-call responsibilities during and after program hours as needed, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to client care.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LCSW license and a minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in mental health settings.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for collaborating with team members and clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
