Maintenance Mechanic - Manufacturing

Job Description Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! \n \n Responsibilities: \n \n \n \n Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production machinery and facility systems \n Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment \n Diagnose issues with sensors, switches, wiring, and control systems (up to 480V) \n Conduct major equipment repairs, including overhauls and rebuilds \n Maintain and service equipment such as molding machines, conveyors, gearboxes, compressors, and stamping equipment \n Ensure compliance with safety regulations (LOTO, OSHA) and company safety standards \n Independently identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective solutions \n \n \n Qualifications: \n \n \n \n High School Diploma or equivalent \n Minimum 1+ year of maintenance or industrial experience \n Strong knowledge of electrical systems (single-phase & three-phase, up to 480V) \n Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems (including air compressors) \n Ability to troubleshoot using diagnostic tools and technical methods \n Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks \n Valid driver's license and ability to meet physical job requirements \n \n Preferred / Additional Skills \n \n \n Experience with PLCs or computer-controlled equipment \n Knowledge of HAZMAT procedures and safety systems \n Certifications such as HAZWOPER or Confined Space (or willingness to obtain) \n \n \n \nThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
