This is an important role that requires accuracy, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional healthcare./ppEssential Job Duties:/pulliTimely communication to physicians, families, etc. of significant changes in resident condition/liliComplete all applicable resident assessments/liliComplete medication administration while following the 5 Rights/liliPerform wound care and assessments as needed/liliAssist CNAs with answering call lights/liliMonitor residents for changes in condition/liliAct as leader on the floor by assessing and directing situations as needed/liliReport any allegations of abuse, neglect or misappropriation to Director of Nursing and Administrator/liliMaintain accurate resident records with thorough and accurate charting/liliPerform other duties as requested/li/ulpRequired Qualifications:/pulliTwo-year degree in nursing required.
