Senior Electronics Engineering Technician
Location : Fridley, MN | Fully Onsite
Duration: 4-Month Contract with potential for extension or conversion
Pay: Up to $41.71/hr.
We are seeking a Senior Electronics Engineering Technician with strong hands-on bench-level troubleshooting and electronics testing experience.

We are seeking a Senior Electronics Engineering Technician with strong hands-on bench-level troubleshooting and electronics testing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform surface-mount (SMT/SMD) soldering, PCB rework, and component-level repair
- Read and troubleshoot from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings
- Test and troubleshoot electronic hardware using oscilloscopes, power supplies, electronic loads, signal generators, DMMs, and other lab equipment
- Assemble, modify, test, and repair PCBs and electronic systems
- Build wire harnesses, test fixtures, probes, cables, and prototype assemblies
- Execute hardware validation/testing, collect data, and document results
- Support engineers with troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and product validation
- Assist with thermal/environmental and EMI/EMC testing as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
- Strong hands-on SMT/SMD PCB rework and soldering experience
- Ability to confidently read and troubleshoot electrical schematics
- Proficiency with oscilloscopes and AC/DC power supplies/sources
- Hands-on PCB, circuit-level, and electronic hardware troubleshooting experience
