Business Litigation Attorney

Overview Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of litigation experience to join the Business Litigation practice group in its Chicago office, with hybrid work arrangements available. Life, Health, Disability, and/or federal court experience is a plus but not a requirement. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills with experience drafting complex motions and opinions. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking a high level of responsibility in an exciting practice with advancement potential. Illinois bar admission is required. Qualifications 2-4 years of litigation experience Experience drafting complex motions and opinions Life, Health, Disability, and/or federal court experience is a plus but not a requirement Illinois bar admission is required Location and Work Arrangements Chicago office with hybrid work arrangements available. Compensation Note Estimated $132,000 to $150,000 for Illinois-based work. The stated salary range is specifically for applicants performing work in Illinois and is not applicable to other locations. Salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary range, market data, applicant skills, relevant experience, degrees, or certifications.
