§ Salary : $310,000 to $390,000 Base Compensation

§ Schedule : Fulltime, Direct-Hire, Minimum 1,850 hours annual billed target

§ Duties :

The selected attorney will serve as a crucial component of an award-winning trial practice, navigating intricate corporate conflicts from inception through verdict. Daily responsibilities involve formulating strategic legal arguments, managing voluminous electronic discovery, and preparing expert witnesses for deposition and trial. Core responsibilities encompass: ⨖ Drafting persuasive dispositive motions, complex appellate briefs, and comprehensive legal memoranda. ⨖ Conducting exhaustive legal research to support novel theories of liability and defense in unprecedented corporate matters. ⨖ Taking and defending critical fact and expert depositions to build a formidable evidentiary record. ⨖ Collaborating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align litigation tactics with the broader business objectives of Fortune 500 clientele.

§ Qualifications :

Candidates must demonstrate a proven history of excellence in a demanding legal environment.

⨖ Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited institution with superior academic achievements.

⨖ Four (4) to Six (6) Years of substantive experience handling complex civil litigation at a prominent law firm or elite litigation boutique.

⨖ Active Bar License in good standing within the jurisdiction of the chosen office.

⨖ Demonstrated proficiency in navigating complex discovery phases and substantial trial preparation.

⨖ Prior experience serving as a judicial clerk in a federal district or appellate court.

⨖ Exceptional oral advocacy skills with a history of courtroom appearances or substantive oral arguments.
