This is a hybrid opportunity offering exposure to sophisticated national and international insurance coverage matters. What we're looking for: 4+ years of insurance coverage litigation experience Strong background in coverage analysis and bad faith litigation Experience drafting coverage opinions, pleadings, and dispositive motions Ability to manage all phases of discovery in insurance coverage disputes Excellent legal research and writing skills Experience taking depositions, attending court conferences, and arguing motions The firm is committed to long-term career development through structured mentorship, business development training, and meaningful opportunities for professional growth.
