About the Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Transaction Specialist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with financial information, and making thoughtful decisions in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will complete training during regular daytime business hours before transitioning to a permanent afternoon/evening schedule.

This position is fully in-office and is not eligible for remote or hybrid work .

What You'll Do

• Review and process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Research and resolve transaction exceptions.
• Verify information for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify discrepancies and investigate unusual activity.
• Work closely with other departments to resolve issues.
• Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting daily deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all work performed.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience in banking, ACH processing, payment processing, treasury services, wire operations, cash management, or other financial transaction environments is preferred.
• Recent college graduates with strong analytical skills and a desire to build a career in financial services are encouraged to apply.
  

Compensation

$40,000–$48,000 annually , depending on qualifications and experience.
