Learning & Development Lead

To support a growing corporate training function, the hybrid Learning & Development Lead will design and implement innovative learning strategies that leverage AI and contextual delivery mechanisms to enhance employee skill development and align with business goals. Key responsibilities Build the blueprint and strategy for Wing's centralized corporate training function to serve the global workforce Evaluate and implement modern, AI-driven learning tools and adaptive learning paths to enhance employee training Partner with various client groups and executive leadership to align learning objectives with organizational metrics and regulatory requirements Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in instructional design, corporate learning, or people development in fast-growing technology companies or related industries Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field Strong background in instructional design theories and learning psychology Active experience incorporating AI solutions into dynamic learning workflows Ability to link learning interventions to core business metrics rather than completion rates
