Present products and services confidently and professionally. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships. Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics. Accurately document customer interactions. Follow all sales scripts, compliance guidelines, and company policies.
