You will be at the forefront of driving change and innovation within the non-profit community. As an Outbound Telesales Representative, you will: Engage with prospective non-profit clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges. Present tailored technology solutions that address client pain points and drive efficiency. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within non-profit organizations. Manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate forecasting. Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted campaigns and outreach strategies. Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and advancements in the non-profit sector. Must-Have Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent training. 8-10 years of experience in a related field. 5+ years of proven sales experience. Deep understanding of modern workplace solutions and security products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and effectively manage time. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Prior experience working with non-profit organizations. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $20 to $24 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
