Job Responsibilities: Perform welding tasks with precision and accuracy Read and interpret blueprints and welding plans Operate welding equipment safely and effectively Inspect finished products for quality control Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met Qualifications: Proven experience as a Welder (2-3 year experience) Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong attention to detail Welding certification is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills Fence Experience / Gate Welding a Plus!
