IT Support Technician - Entry LevelNew Horizon Community Care (NHCC)$18-21/hr • Full Benefits • Multiple LocationsAbout the RoleWe are currently seeking an entry-level IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and support day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-service oriented, has a strong interest in technology, and possesses good problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn and grow.This posision is primarily office-based with occasional need for on-site or remote support. You will interact with users through multiple channels (phone, email, chat, in-person) and collaborate with IT team members and vendors. NHCC values diversity and and encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply!What You BringBasic knowledge of Windows operating systems and general computer operations.Ability to troubleshoot common hardware, software, and user issues.Basic computer hardware troubleshooting and repair skills, including desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and other peripherals.Familiarity with IT ticketing/help desk systems for tracking, documenting, and resolving support requests.Basic understanding of networking concepts, including Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.Basic understanding of user accounts, passwords, permissions, and access management.Ability to install, configure, update, and maintain computer hardware and software.Ability to accurately document technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.Ability to prioritize multiple support requests and manage time effectively.Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and services.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based services.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management (MDM) concepts.Preferred SkillsCompTIA A+ or similar IT certification.Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory).Understanding or familiarity with an MDM platform, such as Microsoft Intune.Previous internship, school, lab, or work experience providing technical support.Experience imaging, configuring, deploying, or setting up computers and mobile devices.Additional knowledge of networking, hardware, or other IT systems is a plus.Minimum QualificationsMust be at least 21 years of age; andValid non-restricted AZ Driver's License; andValid non-restrictive Level 1 AZDPS Fingerprint Clearance Card (or willing to obtain); and A high school diploma or a high school equivalency diploma; and relevant experience with IT Systems.Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (e.g., Windows, Google Suites), software applications, and networking concepts.Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication to explain technical information to non-technical users.Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with patience and professionalism in user interactions.Organization & Detail Orientation: Ability to manage multiple tasks, track issues, and follow up thoroughly.Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adjust to evolving IT needs.Pay & Benefits• $23–$27/hr based on education and experience in the behavioral health field• 100% company‑paid medical insurance after 30 days (effective first of the following month)• Dental & Vision Insurance• Company‑paid Disability & Life Insurance• PTO, Paid Holidays, 403(b) with match• Tuition Assistance & Licensure Reimbursement• Discounted daycare (Tempe)• Pet Assistance• PSLF‑qualifying employer• Access to company fleet vehiclesSafety-Sensitive & Drug-Free Workplace NoticeAll positions at NHCC are safety-sensitive as defined in ARS 23-439.
