Sanitation Manager

Conagra Brands seeks a Sanitation Manager to lead plant sanitation in our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will own sanitation programs that protect food safety, quality, and worker safety across production areas and equipment. You will design and manage sanitation schedules, oversee chemical usage, and ensure full compliance with USDA, FDA, and company standards. You’ll coach and develop a diverse sanitation team, collaborate closely with Quality and Operations, and drive continuous improvement to minimize contamination risks, optimize cleaning efficiency, and support audit readiness in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
