Primary Purpose This position conducts detailed analyses of market trends and organizational performance to inform strategic recommendations. It translates data into actionable insights that support long‑term planning initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities Conduct in‑depth analysis of market trends and organizational performance. Develop financial models to support strategic recommendations. Prepare comprehensive reports for senior leadership review. Facilitate cross‑functional workshops to gather planning inputs. Evaluate potential risks and opportunities associated with strategic initiatives. Support development of long‑term business unit plans. Advise on alignment of operational activities with strategic objectives. Contribute to process improvement initiatives within planning function. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education Typically requires a 4‑year degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. Experience Requires 5 years of related experience modeling pro forma financial statements (income statement, cash flow and balance sheet). Must reside in Southern California or be willing to relocate upon hire. Data Analysis – Measuring and managing organizational data, identifying best practices, and conducting statistical analyses. Mergers & Acquisitions – Transactions involving the ownership or operating units of companies. Commercial Negotiation – Planning, reviewing, analysis and other activities to reach an agreement. Project Management – Leading a team to achieve goals within a specified time. Market Analysis – Analyzing competing products, services, and organizations in the external business environment. Relationship Management – Activities to improve business relationships. Financial Modeling and Valuation – Designing mathematical models and analyzing data to estimate financial performance and value. Investment Due Diligence – Extensive research to evaluate an investment decision. Work Schedule HYBRID: Work a combination of onsite and remote days each week, typically 4 days per week onsite.
