We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to support our integrated box business in Cleveland, TN. As the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our commercial strategy. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive market growth and deliver exceptional value to our customers.Location: This is a remote position with a regional focus. To support business needs, candidates must reside in or relocate to the Chattanooga/Cleveland, TN area. Relocation assistance is available within the United States.Compensation: Our compensation package includes a competitive base salary complemented by variable compensation paid semi-annually, allowing our sales managers to benefit directly from their success. Additionally, we provide a company vehicle and cover necessary expenses, ensuring you have the resources needed to excel in your role.For this role, we anticipate paying $150,000 - $200,000 per year.
