The Client Services Coordinator (CSC) serves as the primary point of contact for designated applicants and associates, handling both recruitment and employee support throughout the worker lifecycle at SPECTRAFORCE. This role ensures a positive, seamless candidate experience while building a strong talent pipeline and contributing to business growth.

A Glimpse Into Your Day:

• Make offers to selected candidates and promptly update offer details and status in HRIS tool (LEO) and other applicable systems.
• Send the Request for Offer Package (RFOP) and schedule pre-employment requirements (e.g., drug tests, physicals, surveillance exams, certifications, among others).
• Conduct New Hire Orientation and provide client-specific information, expectations, policies and protocols.
• Conduct full life cycle recruiting for specific roles as per client needs, including sourcing, screening, resume presentation, interview prep, skills testing, interview debrief, and offer negotiations with viable candidates. Follow up with recruiters on resume referrals received from clients, Client Services (CS), or others.
• Accept Work Orders (WO, WOR) and promptly inform the Onboarding team for contract extensions.
• Audit the Vendor Management System (VMS) to ensure compliance and accuracy for each new hire.
• Update new hire and assignment information in HRIS tool (SN), ensuring all required items are completed and Pay Rate (PR) / Bill Rate (BR), dates, and requisition details are consistent with VMS.
• Monitor upcoming contract end dates sending redeployment notifications to contingent workers (CWs) who may be available for other opportunities.
• Provide transactional support to the CS group, including special projects or process improvement initiatives.
• Provide CW support on assignment-related issues.
• Send welcome emails tailored to client-specific requirements and provide timekeeping instructions per client VMS/LEO setup to all CWs.
• Close CW profiles in SN upon assignment end, carrying out the full offboarding process (conduct exit interviews as required, upload CW attendance report in SN, inform the CW via phone call, create tickets in SN, and upload resignation letters into SN).
• Send contract renewals on a monthly and quarterly basis, ensuring that contracts are sent for signature and accurately uploaded into SN.
• Complete partial unemployment claims in alignment with applicable processes and timelines.
• Serve as a point of contact for CWs on assignment-related issues, providing timely guidance and escalation as needed.
• Perform other duties assigned.

Who You Are:

• High school diploma. Minimum one (1) year of professional experience.
• Skill in management, data analysis, attention to detail and able to work multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Works independently and has strong time management skills. Preferred Requirements: Bachelors degree. Human Resources experience. Staffing or agency experience.
• Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer in close range. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Travel Requirements: Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
