Epic Radiant Team Lead

Job Summary (Radiant Team Lead):
- Serve as the technical lead for the Radiant module, supporting clinical application systems (not implementation).
- Supervise and manage a team of 6 full-time employees and 1 contractor.
- Apply 5-10 years of hands-on experience supporting the Radiant module.
- Hold Radiant Certification (required); Cupid Certification is a plus.
- Design, build, test, and implement clinical application systems.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clinical users.
- Collaborate with clinicians to adapt software to clinical processes, documentation, and workflow needs.
- Prepare detailed technical specifications, including clinical process mapping, information flow, and risk/impact analysis.
- Develop or adapt written clinical protocols in partnership with stakeholders.
- Ensure clinical practice standards are met within software adaptations.
- Lead, develop, and mentor team members, providing guidance and technical expertise.
- Function as a technical leader and recognized expert in clinical applications.
- Formulate strategies, administer policies, and manage resources for assigned programs.
- Work with a high degree of autonomy and handle complex, unique problems.
- Position is remote with minimal travel (approx. 2x/year to San Francisco, CA).
- Must comply with UCSF's policy requiring full medicals for all candidates.
