Are you an active, licensed agent ready to step out of the solo-agent struggle and into a high-production, high-revenue model? The Chris Gurnee Team offers a scalable platform built on aggressive technology, guaranteed lead flow, and cloud-based growth frameworks designed to build long-term wealth—not just deal-to-deal income.
We eliminate the administrative friction and cold-calling burnout holding most agents back. With our dedicated operational support, automated marketing, and top-tier lead engines across the Greater Seattle and Puget Sound region, you spend 100% of your time showing homes, writing offers, and expanding your portfolio.
The Chris Gurnee Team Value Proposition:

Responsibilities:
- Execute immediate, systematic follow-up with inbound team leads and database prospects.
- Conduct expert buyer consultations, list presentations, and open house events across Puget Sound target markets.
- Draft, negotiate, and manage state-compliant purchase and sale agreements.
- Maintain clean client records and pipeline tracking within our team CRM.
Qualifications:
- Active Washington Real Estate License (Required).
- Strong local knowledge of Shoreline, Seattle, Bothell, Edmonds, Kirkland, and surrounding North Sound communities.
- Tech-fluent mindset and quick adoption of CRM platforms and modern sales tools.
- Growth-oriented, competitive work ethic with a strong desire to scale a six-figure business.
Target Markets: Shoreline, Seattle, Kenmore, Bothell, Lynnwood, Edmonds, Kirkland, Lake Forest Park, and Marysville.
