Client Experience Coordinator – Rhode Island's Fastest‑Growing Real Estate Team We are one of Rhode Island's fastest-growing real estate teams, and clients are at the center of everything we do. We need someone who thrives on outreach, keeps a mental list of who needs a call, never lets a follow‑up slip, and genuinely lights up when helping someone feel taken care of. What This Role Is About You’ll be the connective tissue between our agents and every client they serve – making sure no one falls through the cracks, every question gets answered, and every touchpoint reflects the standard we’ve built our reputation on. This is a proactive, communication‑heavy role; you’ll reach out to clients throughout the transaction process, follow up after closings, generate reviews, track satisfaction, and ensure every person feels like they’re in great hands. Compensation Base salary $52,000 paid weekly. Bonus potential up to $30,000 annually. Total potential $82,000. Bonuses paid quarterly based on metrics you influence (survey scores, response rates, review generation, and client satisfaction). Benefits & Working Conditions Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, in our Smithfield office. Business casual dress code. Fast‑paced environment – strong prioritization skills are a must. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively reaching out to ensure every buyer and seller feels informed, supported, and confident. Make regular outbound calls to active and closed clients to check in, address concerns, and keep relationships strong on behalf of our agents. Drive our 5‑star reputation by requesting reviews, testimonials, and referrals from closed clients and following up to ensure strong survey completion rates. Keep the client pipeline organized and nothing falling through the cracks – flag critical clients, track key touchpoints, and ensure timely follow‑up across the team. Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally, turning challenging situations into positive experiences that reflect well on our team. Maintain accurate client records in our CRM and complete daily tasks and projects with a high degree of organization and follow‑through. Collaborate closely with our agents and leadership team to support a seamless client experience from first contact through closing and beyond.
