Client Care Coordinator

Align Wellness is a concierge direct primary care practice that specializes in delivering anti‑aging longevity through integrative medicine. Role Description The Client Care Coordinator is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Warwick, RI, responsible for ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all clients. Day‑to‑day tasks include greeting clients, managing check‑in and check‑out processes, answering phone calls and messages, scheduling and confirming appointments, and coordinating follow‑up communications. The role also involves maintaining accurate client records, supporting providers with administrative tasks, and proactively addressing client questions about services, logistics, and care plans. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have some or all of the following credentials: High school diploma or equivalent required (GED) Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred CPR and/or BLS certified Skills Required Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills Proficiency navigating digital systems, especially an electronic medical record systems (EMR) Ability to understand what is considered clinical advice, what is required to maintain HIPAA compliance, and other medical communication regulations and protocols High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and discretion with confidential information Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced healthcare environment Experience 2+ years of experience in healthcare administration, patient coordination, medical assisting, or a related role preferred Working in a medical office, wellness practice, concierge medicine or customer‑facing healthcare setting preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
