Can pick from other providers if needed • 401K with 4% company match • Employee Stock Ownership Program, 100% vested after 6-years of employment • Stock appreciation rights (SARS) that are based on performance and can be cashed in after 3 years • Unlimited PTO with manager’s approval • Gas card • Car Allowance: $1,200/month Job Details • Manage project teams • Participate in interviews to secure new work and serve as the client point of contact • Lead pricing, value engineering, site selection investigations, and building assessments. • Develop site logistics plans and create detailed schedules in conjunction with Superintendents • Establish/maintain client, subcontractor, and industry relationships • Oversee procurement, cost, and change management • Lead weekly project meetings with client and subcontractors • Manage punch list and oversee project closeout • Manage all aspects of project accounting, financial projections, and reporting • Project focus are jobs under $50M each Requirements: • 10+ years of project management experience at a General Contractor, strong business development skills, and a book of business/clients that you can bring to your next employer • Extensive experience with commercial TI, life science, biotech, healthcare, or pharmaceutical projects • Strong communication, project estimating, and scheduling skills while being a go-getter/driven • Prefer experience managing multiple projects simultaneously over one large project at once • Employment longevity/stability Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
