Our client is seeking a Director of Strategic Finance to join a rapidly growing lifestyle and hospitality brand that is redefining the guest experience through simple, wholesome food and beverage offerings. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in shaping the company's financial strategy, optimizing profitability, and supporting continued expansion.

What You'll Do

• As a key strategic partner to executive leadership, you'll lead initiatives that drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational excellence across the organization.
• Key responsibilities include:
• Evaluating and validating ROI across all marketing investments, promotions, discounts, and third‑party platform campaigns
• Leading menu pricing strategy and governance across multiple channels, ensuring profitable growth while maintaining brand consistency
• Developing and analyzing financial pro formas for new locations, supporting site selection, capital allocation, and expansion decisions
• Partnering with Procurement and Culinary teams to assess ingredient costs, menu changes, and margin optimization opportunities
• Supporting Operations through labor analysis, P&L performance management, same‑store sales reporting, and cost optimization initiatives
• Building sophisticated financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support executive decision‑making

What our client is looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, or Corporate Finance
• Experience within a multi‑unit restaurant, hospitality, retail, or consumer‑facing growth environment preferred
• Advanced financial modeling and forecasting expertise
• Strong understanding of marketing ROI analysis, pricing strategy, and profitability management
• Experience presenting financial insights to executive leadership teams
• Proficiency with ERP, planning, and business intelligence tools such as R365, Toast, Oracle, Power BI, or Tableau
