PR Director, Beauty

Job Title: Beauty PR Account Director / Senior Director Job Description Our client, a highly regarded and fast-growing PR and marketing agency known for working with some of the most exciting beauty and lifestyle brands, is seeking an Account Director / Senior Director to join their team. This is a client-facing leadership role focused on managing day-to-day strategy and execution across key beauty accounts, driving integrated PR, influencer, and creative marketing programs that deliver measurable results. Location: Midtown Manhattan – Hybrid (2 days/week onsite) Salary: ~$130K base (flexible based on experience) Week off between Christmas and New Year’s Strong, collaborative culture with exciting beauty clients Position Overview This individual will serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution across campaigns while maintaining strong client relationships. You will oversee deliverables, guide junior team members, and help shape strategic direction across accounts. Key Responsibilities Serve as day-to-day client lead across multiple beauty accounts, managing relationships and ensuring high-quality delivery Lead integrated campaign planning and execution across PR, influencer, and creative marketing initiatives Develop compelling media strategies and storylines to secure strong earned media coverage Collaborate with internal creative teams to drive campaign ideation, activations, and partnerships Oversee timelines, budgets, and reporting to ensure efficient and successful execution Mentor and manage junior and mid-level team members, providing guidance and feedback Contribute to new business efforts including brainstorms, proposals, and presentations Qualifications 9–12 years of experience in PR, with strong beauty industry experience required Proven ability to manage client relationships, lead campaigns, and oversee junior staff Strong media relationships within the beauty space Experience with events, activations, and integrated campaigns Exposure to influencer marketing and IAT (integrated agency team) environments preferred Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously Creative, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field #J-18808-Ljbffr Adecco USA
