Call Center Agent

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Call Center Agent - Travel Benefits will manage inbound calls, assist travelers using multiple systems, and handle emails while maintaining service quality standards. Key responsibilities Manage inbound calls and assist travelers throughout the shift Utilize multiple tools and systems to provide accurate and efficient support De-escalate challenging calls and collaborate with team members on side projects Required qualifications Must be a Delta retiree with experience using Deltamatic High School Diploma or equivalent is required Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check Must have strong customer service skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and learning new processes in a fast-paced environment
