We look forward to hearing from you!Position Summary:Fox Factory Performance Vehicle Development (PVD) is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized OEM Chassis Inventory Coordinator to join our Chassis Inventory & Distribution team. This role serves as a critical link between Fox Factory and our five major OEM partners — Ford, GMC, Chevrolet, Jeep, and Ram — and plays a central role in ensuring the accuracy, visibility, and efficiency of our vehicle inventory from OEM production through final delivery.The ideal candidate brings a strong background in OEM relations, fleet or dealership inventory management, vehicle upfitting, or data management, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Manufacturing, Product Development, and Transportation teams.Position Responsibilities:OEM Invoice & Documentation ManagementRetrieve, track, monitor, and log all OEM invoices in a timely and accurate mannerCoordinate with OEM and dealership partners on vehicle releases and release verificationsWork directly with OEM contacts to monitor vehicle production statuses and projected ship datesInventory Management & Database AdministrationUpload and maintain all new unit arrivals accurately within the Infor and Zoho inventory databasesConduct regular audits of chassis inventory to identify errors, missing data, and inconsistenciesManage all OEM and dealership drop ship requests and ensure accurate routing and documentationMonitor inventory positioning across all Fox Factory locations — AL, GA, and INCross-Functional CoordinationServe as key Inventory team point of contact for Sales, Product Development, Manufacturing, and Transportation departmentsPartner with Transportation and Production on all vehicle shipping holds — communicating status, coordinating resolution, and ensuring timely releaseCoordinate with the Product Development team on prototype vehicles, including tracking, timelines, and status updates throughout the build processSupport the Sales team with inventory inquiries, availability reporting, and unit status updatesSpecific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft OfficeOrganized and detail orientedZoho and Infor inventory databasesPosition Qualifications:Education:High School Diploma or GED requiredAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred — but not required with sufficient relevant experienceExperience:Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:OEM vehicle ordering, production coordination, or dealership operationsVehicle upfitter or specialty vehicle manufacturer inventory managementFleet inventory tracking and administrationHigh-volume data entry and database management in a logistics or automotive settingDealership or automotive retail operations with inventory responsibilitiesWork Environment and Physical Requirements:Manufacturing EnvironmentMay lift up to 50 lbs. regularlyRequires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of timeVision abilities required to validate and enter data on computerDisclaimer : This list does not represent all physical demands.
