Property Administrator

We are seeking a Property Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a commercial real estate portfolio. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The Property Administrator will play a key role in ensuring smooth property operations by supporting lease administration, tenant relations, financial processes, and vendor coordination. This individual will serve as a primary point of contact for tenants while assisting with both administrative and operational functions. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, managing communications including calls, emails, and service requests Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely follow-up with vendors and tenants Support lease administration, including abstracts, renewals, and tracking critical lease dates Assist with billing and collections, including rent, CAM charges, invoice processing, and follow-ups Maintain accurate records within property management systems (e.g., Yardi or similar platforms) Prepare and distribute tenant communications, notices, and updates Coordinate vendor activities, including compliance documentation (COIs), contracts, and scheduling Track and support capital improvement projects and property enhancements Assist with budgeting activities and basic financial reporting Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and lease agreements Qualifications 2+ years of experience in property management or real estate administration Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a customer-service-oriented approach Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) is a plus Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
