It is built for someone who wants to learn how a multi-entity business is actually run — and who is ready to grow into meaningful leadership scope over time.We are looking for someone who learns fast, absorbs complexity quickly, and is not afraid to push themselves to find out what they are truly capable of. Someone who can execute, follow up, and follow through — where no task is too big or too small, especially in the early months. You will support a senior executive directly in whatever the work requires, and in doing so you will earn proximity to the decisions, relationships, and strategy that shape the business. The scope expands as trust is built. The pace does not slow down.The right person will start by mastering the operational rhythm of a senior executive's world and grow into an extension of that executive — a trusted partner across the organization who tracks initiatives, owns follow-through, manages the relationships that matter, and helps drive the business toward its next stage of growth. What matters is capability, drive, judgment, and trajectory — not years on a résumé.ResponsibilitiesExecutive Cadence & Meeting OperationsWork directly alongside a senior executive, providing the operational support, coordination, and follow-through that allow them to operate at full effectiveness.Architect and maintain the calendar and operating rhythm of the executive, balancing strategic priorities, focus time, and engagement requirements.Prepare pre-read packets and briefs for senior internal and external meetings.Capture decisions and action items; maintain decision logs and ensure closed-loop execution.Strategic Initiative CoordinationCoordinate the execution of major strategic initiatives across the organization, including technology transformation, platform development, enterprise systems implementation, and cross-functional growth programs.Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across teams. Build and maintain tracking systems with executive-grade visibility.Surface risks and blockers early. Drive cross-functional follow-through on commitments made in executive forums.Governance & Leadership CadenceCoordinate executive governance and leadership cadence end-to-end: agenda development, materials, scheduling, logistics, and follow-through.Maintain institutional records of governance proceedings.Support board-level and executive analytical preparation.Handle confidential leadership materials and communications with the discretion the seat demands.Senior Hire Pipeline CoordinationCoordinate ongoing senior leadership hires (Director-level and above).Partner with HR on candidate communications, interview scheduling, panel coordination, and follow-through.Maintain hire pipeline visibility and reporting.Support onboarding and 30/60/90-day planning for senior hires.Communications & DocumentationDraft and refine executive communications, including memos, emails, briefings, board materials, and strategic correspondence.Maintain documentation discipline across the function, including SOPs, operating playbooks, decision logs, and process documentation.Cross-Functional & Cross-Geographic OperationsCoordinate effectively across U.S., Pakistan, and India time zones, building operating rhythms that respect each region's working hours.Support integration with Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Operations functions on cross-functional initiatives.Build and maintain operational dashboards and trackers that provide visibility across the function.Special Projects & Process DisciplineOwn special projects ranging from analytical deep-dives to operational improvements to strategic launches.Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Champion process discipline and accountability, modeling the standards expected across the team.The Growth PathThis role is being built as a long-term investment. The right person could come from finance, business, consulting, sales, marketing, operations, or any background that has sharpened their judgment and ambition. What matters is the caliber of the person, not the lane they came from.Required3+ years of progressive experience in a field that builds the underlying skills this role demands — including operations, finance, business, management consulting, project management, banking, corporate strategy, sales, marketing, or other executive-adjacent or commercial roles. We care more about capability, judgment, and trajectory than the specific lane you came up in. Exceptional candidates with less experience but outstanding ability and drive will be considered.Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.Exceptional written and verbal communication — including the ability to draft executive-grade communications and capture decisions clearly and concisely.Strong, fluent, daily use of AI tools and modern productivity technology. We are an AI-forward organization and expect this person to use AI as a force multiplier across everything they do.
