A highly respected private dental practice in the Greensboro / Greater Charlotte, NC area is seeking a skilled General Dentist to join their team full-time. This is a rare opportunity to step into a busy, fully fee-for-service environment, taking over an established patient base with immediate earning potential and long-term partnership opportunity.
About the Role You’ll be the sole general dentist in a high-demand, single-doctor practice that’s well-staffed and fully booked. Supported by two experienced hygienists and a dedicated clinical team, you’ll have the autonomy to practice your best dentistry while serving a loyal adult patient base. This role is ideal for a confident and seasoned clinician ready to hit the ground running.
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in restorative, cosmetic, and general procedures
- Comfortable working independently in a high-volume setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- DDS/DMD from an accredited program
- Licensed (or eligible) to practice in North Carolina
Compensation & Perks
- Base salary + 33% adjusted production paid monthly, whichever is higher
- Starting base around $200,000+, negotiable based on experience
- Sign-on bonus, negotiable

- Full-time schedule (MondayFriday)
- 3 doctor operatories, 2 hygienists

- 100% fee-for-service (no in-network insurance plans)
