Requirements DO NOT SUBMIT - VENDOR 14 Coverage Details: Coverage needed per month 24hr / hourly shifts / shifts call etc: See schedule inpatient and outpatient Frequency of any Call needed: Start and End Date: 11/1/2026 - 1/1/2028 Schedule Details: start / end times days of the week etc: M-F 8a-4p / Night call 4p-7a / weekend 24hr call Fri 4p - Mon 7a Rounding hours go until they're done which could be til 6 but usually done by 5 and there are three APP rounding with the physician. So they are not rounding by themselves all the while. Exact coverage dates needed: November 2-9 includes one week and weekend inpatient November 6-11 includes week end of rounding and three days of clinic December 11-16 weekend and three days of clinic December 26-Jan 4 weekend and inpatient rounding week Work Details: Support staff: Inpatient service model is completed with 1 physician and 3 APPs. Intensivists RNs and cardiac imaging technicians are also available. Outpatient clinic has full support as well. Department Description: General cardiology inpatient service model with ECHO and EKG interpretation/readings. Provider will round with the APP team. Clinic coverage will be determined as needed. Patient Volume: Inpatient volume fluctuates from approximately 7-22 patients per day. Outpatient is approx 15 patients per day. Patient Age Group: Adults only EMR/Documentation System: EPIC Special Procedures/Unit Details: General/non-invasive cardiology including chest pain/ACS heart failure management hypertension/dyslipidemia atrial fibrillation/other arrhythmias valve disease EKG interpretation stress testing treadmill nuclear and echo echocardiogram interpretation and Holter/event monitor interpretation. Special Equipment Used: None specified Requirements: Provider type MD/DO or NP/PA: MD/DO Board Certifications Req'd: Board Certified in Cardiology required Fellowship Req'd: General Cardiology Cardiac Imaging preferred/accepted per specialty profile State Licenses Req'd: Wisconsin state license Certifications Req'd? Please note the Medical Director will not consider anyone at this time who is not willing to cover both inpatient and outpatient. There is also potential for some evening remote reads but not for someone to ONLY do remote reads.
