Senior Tax Manager – Cincinnati, OHA well-respected Cincinnati-area CPA firm is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to help lead its tax practice. You'll be a trusted advisor to key clients, shape how the tax team works, and have a clear voice in the firm's direction, with a real path toward leadership.What You'll Do:Oversee the tax practice's most complex engagements for businesses, owners, and high-net-worth familiesProvide final-level review of returns, provisions, and planning projectionsLead tax planning strategies, including entity structuring, transactions, and succession planningServe as primary relationship lead for key clients and support business developmentSupervise, develop, and evaluate managers, seniors, and staffImprove tax workflow, quality control, and technology processesStay current on tax law changes and translate them into client opportunitiesWhat You Bring:Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's in Taxation preferredActive CPA license required8+ years of public accounting tax experience, with at least 2-3 years at the manager levelDeep expertise in pass-through entity, individual, and closely held business taxationProven ability to lead teams and manage client relationshipsStrong research, communication, and business development skillsWhy Join:Competitive base salary plus bonus potentialComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with employer contributionGenerous paid time off and holidaysFlexible/hybrid scheduling and reasonable busy-season expectationsCPE support and paid professional duesCollaborative, close-knit team with visibility to leadershipPay: $160,000 - $185,000 + bonus potentialInterested?
