Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate curriculum
• Provide support in creating a warm and welcoming environment for children
• Supervise children during playtime and activities
• Assist with meal and snack times
• Help maintain a clean and organized classroom
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with children preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with children
