Lead by example to deliver fast, friendly, and consistent service. Coach team members to hit membership and sales goals. Step in to solve problems quickly and keep the site running smoothly. Help maintain site cleanliness, safety, and performance standards. Create a positive, team-first culture that drives results. What Makes You Shine: Previous leadership experience (required). Strong communication and customer service skills. Sales-focused mindset with confidence motivating others. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
