Project Support Specialist – Marketing:

We are seeking a Project Support Specialist to provide production and logistical support to a marketing team within a large Clean Energy Solutions organization.

This role will support a complex, multi-channel B2B marketing program serving commercial and industrial customers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on marketing experience, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables across internal teams and external suppliers.

Location: Newark, NJ

Schedule: Hybrid – minimum 2–3 days per week onsite, depending on business needs

Contract Duration : 12 months with a likely extension

Rate: $34.51/hour / W2

Responsibilities:

• Support production processes for B2B marketing assets, including paid media, banner ads, video, email, sponsored content, SEM, flyers, banners, case studies, website content, and other marketing collateral.
• Coordinate marketing deliverables across multiple internal business units and stakeholders.
• Partner with corporate communications, legal, program staff, and other internal teams.
• Work with suppliers and vendors to coordinate marketing-related deliverables.
• Participate in marketing plan development and implementation activities.
• Provide marketing perspective and support across multiple projects.
• Perform detailed QA/QC and copyediting of marketing materials.
• Ensure marketing collateral follows established company brand and style standards.
• Provide flexible, ad hoc marketing and project support as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field .
• 2–3 years of professional experience in marketing or a related environment.
• Experience supporting marketing activities and deliverables.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform rigorous QA/QC.
• Demonstrated copyediting and proofreading skills.
• Experience maintaining brand and style standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Wrike and/or Monday.com .
• Strong project coordination or project management skills.
• Experience coordinating deliverables across multiple internal business units.
• Vendor or supplier coordination experience.
• B2B marketing experience.
• Experience with multi-channel marketing, including print, social media, digital, organic, and paid media.
• Familiarity with energy efficiency programs or utility-related marketing is a plus, but not required .
