Schedule: Full-Time Compensation: $80/hour About the Opportunity We are partnering with a medical aesthetics practice in Santa Barbara to identify an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinically confident aesthetics provider who is passionate about helping patients look and feel their best, takes pride in delivering natural-looking results, and enjoys developing long-term relationships with patients. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with both aesthetic injectables and laser treatments and will be comfortable independently assessing patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and performing a variety of aesthetic procedures. The primary practice location is in Santa Barbara , with approximately 1–2 days per week at the practice's Los Olivos location . What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and aesthetic assessments Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's goals, anatomy, and medical history Perform aesthetic injectable treatments, including: Other injectable treatments within scope of practice Perform laser and energy-based aesthetic treatments Provide skin rejuvenation treatments designed to improve skin tone, texture, pigmentation, and overall appearance Perform tattoo removal treatments Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, benefits, and appropriate aftercare Provide detailed pre- and post-treatment instructions Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation Monitor patient outcomes and provide appropriate follow-up care Build trusted, long-term relationships with patients Stay current on advancements in aesthetic medicine, injectables, lasers, and skin rejuvenation Maintain a high standard of patient safety, clinical quality, and professionalism Collaborate with the practice team to provide an exceptional patient experience Provide coverage at the Los Olivos location approximately 1–2 days per week What We're Looking For Current Nurse Practitioner license in California and eligibility to practice in the state 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics Demonstrated experience performing aesthetic injectables Strong experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers Hands-on experience with aesthetic lasers and/or energy-based devices Experience with skin rejuvenation treatments Experience with tattoo removal is highly valued Strong understanding of facial anatomy, aesthetics, and injection techniques Excellent clinical judgment and attention to patient safety Confident, professional, and personable bedside manner Ability to independently assess patients and make appropriate treatment recommendations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for aesthetics and delivering exceptional patient outcomes Ability to work effectively across both the Santa Barbara and Los Olivos locations The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is more than technically skilled—they're someone patients trust.
