Description:
Seeking two Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join our growing team.
We offer exceptional care and advanced medical technology.
The practice setting includes all services performed within the hospital.
The schedule is 7:00 am - 3:30 pm with a flexible end time.
Shifts of 8 or 10 hours are preferred based on operational needs, with the possibility for 12-hour shifts.
Weekends may be required as needed.
The electronic medical record system utilized is Meditech.
Technology includes Spectrum Anesthesia EMR.
The average number of surgical cases per shift is 2-3 CRNAs per day, with an average of 20-30 operating room cases daily.
The pain management department has one day per week in the operating room.
We have a Level II trauma designation with an annual emergency room volume of 28,000.
There are 12 operating rooms which include 7 OR suites, 2 Endo suites, 2 Open heart suites, and 1 OB OR suite.
Patient demographics mainly consist of adults with some well-pediatric cases, such as BMT and TA.
There is strong supervision that encourages CRNA autonomy, supported by an anesthesiologist team.
The anesthesia-specific EMR is organized and well-functioning.
All equipment is up-to-date technology.
The block program is robust, supported by two block-trained RNs and tech designated to the anesthesia service line.
This position provides a great team environment.
There are no neonatal surgeries.
General, MAC, TIVAP, pre-ops, inductions, emergences, and nerve blocks are performed independently.
No bariatric or transplant cases are present.
Estimated credentialing timeframe is approximately 30 days.
New graduate candidates are accepted.
Locum candidates are not accepted.
