Achieve company objectives related to quality. Continuously improve Quality related policies, procedures, programs, and activities within department.**Tasks and Responsibilities:*** Daily review of internal quality issues.* Daily review of die breaks in Cold Forge and Thread Rolling.* Coordinate internal sorts related to broken dies.* Calculate and investigate high volume scrap items.* Assist in daily quality outflow reporting and meeting.* Issue internal quality Corrective Action Reports (CAR’s).* Assist with review of internal CAR’s for approval/closure.## Qualifications**Skills and Abilities:*** Excellent communication skills.* Excellent computer skills.* Excellent organizational skills.* Good aptitude for math.* Good analytical skills and detail oriented.* Highly motivated work ethic and positive attitude.* Ability to inspect product using in-house equipment (calipers, hardness testers, etc.) preferred.**Education and Experience:*** Associate degree or equivalent experience* 2+ years experience in Quality and/or Production preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
