The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and service needs.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance, discuss objectives, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
• Monitor account performance and proactively address client concerns.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business reviews for customers and leadership.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and increase account revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, contracts, and account activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and client requirements.
• Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Track key performance metrics and develop action plans to achieve account goals.
• Support contract renewals, pricing discussions, and business development initiatives.
• Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of account management, customer service, operations, sales, or related experience.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
