Restaurant FOH Supervisor

Front of House Supervisor We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to assist in leading our restaurant team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. • Oversee daily front of house operations, including guest service, reservations, and seating arrangements
• Supervise and support front of house staff, including hosts, servers, and bartenders
• Ensure high standards of customer service, hospitality, and cleanliness are maintained at all times
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently
• Assist in training, coaching, and evaluating team members to promote professional growth
• Monitor and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours
• Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth communication and operations
• Enforce health and safety regulations and company policies

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in restaurant front of house management or supervisory roles
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of POS systems and reservation management software
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
