Customer Experience Representative

Providing exceptional support in a fast-paced environment, the full-time remote Customer Experience Representative will manage service requests, resolve escalations, and coordinate locksmith jobs while delivering outstanding customer experiences through phone, email, and chat channels. Key responsibilities Answer high volumes of inbound and outbound customer communications, assisting with service requests and billing issues Manage active locksmith jobs and ensure compliance while providing timely status updates to customers and service providers Resolve customer and locksmith escalations professionally and investigate service issues to identify solutions Required qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in call center, customer support, dispatch, sales, or service roles High school diploma or equivalent required Experience using customer support systems such as Zendesk or Twilio preferred Ability to remain calm and professional during challenging customer interactions Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with a reliable internet connection
