As a Journeyman Electrician, you will be an integral part of a world-class team manufacturing highly engineered metal buildings for industrial and commercial applications. At nVent, we strictly connect and protect our customers with innovative electrical solutions, ensuring flawless performance and security.ResponsibilitiesInstall wiring, electrical fixtures, devices, and control equipmentMeasure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install all types of electrical conduitJoin and connect wires to lighting, power, and control equipmentConnect power cables to equipmentApply a working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)Apply knowledge of 120/240 single phase, 120/240V delta 3 phase, 120/208V 3 phase, and 277/480V 3 phase systemsIntegrate switchgear systemsRequirementsJourneyman or Master Electrician licenseAbility to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manualsCommercial/Industrial experience preferred, but not requiredFamiliarity with switchgear integrationMust be able to work from 6 am – 4:30 pm M-Th, with up to 10 hours on FridaysIndoor work environmentReliable transportation to Oregon, WIThis is an outstanding chance to compete and grow within a company that values inclusion and collaboration.
