The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, have exceptional problem solving skills along with prior SEO experience preferably at an agency.Along with a competitive salary (salary range: $72,500 - $82,500), yearly bonus, and benefits, we also offer opportunities for our employees to earn a significant amount of additional compensation by working overtime and earning reward points.Our office is located at 26 Broadway. In addition to working with a stellar team, our office has beautiful common areas, weekly yoga/meditation classes, and free snacks and coffee. Please note: our office is following all CDC and state guidelines. ***Employees currently have the option to work remotely, though you will be asked to work in-office on an as needed basis. An average of 2-3 day/week should be expected.***Duties & ResponsibilitiesConduct keyword research and analysisProvides technical SEO recommendationsProvides optimization recommendations for site contentExecute link building strategiesDemonstrates value against all initiatives by providing monthly/quarterly metrics reportsResearch and keep up on industry trendsQualifications4-year college degree (marketing, computer science, or related field preferred)2-3 years of experience managing SEO campaignsPassion for digital marketing and entrepreneurshipMust have strong analytical and problem solving skillsMust have strong presentation skills (Virtually & In-Person)Must have strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneouslyMust be able to make decisions in a fast paced environmentMust be highly detail-orientedMust have strong knowledge of website elementsMust have working knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factorsHealth and pharmaceutical experience is a plusPrior experience managing SEO clients is a plusBasic knowledge of html is a plusExperience with AI is a plusExperience with any of the following is a plus: Screaming frog, SEM rush, Ahrefs, google analytics, google search consoleAdditional InformationNote: This job specification should not be construed to imply that these requirements are the exclusive standards of the position.
