Discovery Lab Filtration and Genomics Sales Specialist- MI/IN/KY

Cytiva seeks a Lab Filtration and Genomics Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth for genomics and filtration product portfolios across Michigan, Indiana, and Kentucky. The role involves building customer relationships, developing territory business strategies, and collaborating with account management teams in a fully remote position.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer relationships by providing Cytiva workflow solutions and advisory support
- Achieve revenue targets for lab filtration and genomics portfolios through new market development and product introductions
- Train and support Account Managers on lab filtration and genomics product capabilities
- Build territory business strategies and partner with colleagues to drive growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or equivalent professional experience
- 4+ years commercial experience in biotech/pharma sales, marketing, or technical support roles
- Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to customers
- Account management and project planning expertise with self-motivation and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within assigned territory
Compensation: $110,000-$120,000 base, plus bonus/incentive pay eligible
